Mr. Ware has worked exclusively in the real estate finance market for more than 10 years. Born and raised in the southeast. Growing up as an avid athlete competing in baseball, track, and football playing the latter on the collegiate level. This competitive nature has led to a successful career in the competitive world of real estate.
While working for a national lender, Mr. Ware was responsible for creating a commercial finance division which under his direction went on to finance well known high rise projects throughout the southwest and southeastern regions. With a niche for creative deal structuring, Mr. Ware outgrew the confines of institutional lending and moved on to Senior Director of Meritage Commercial Capital, where he structured debt and equity financing in excess of 400 million dollars.
As the market began to turn, Mr. Ware found himself working with investors and developers alike in restructuring existing debt. With over 150 million dollars of debt restructured, community and regional banks began to use Mr. Ware's services for market analysis in evaluating asset portfolios for both repositioning and dispositions.
Mr. Ware attended Auburn University and Virginia College receiving a BA in Business Administration with an emphasis on Finance.
In his free time Mr. Ware enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, reading, exercise, and coaching youth league football.
